Growth Ready AI is an independent HighLevel affiliate. We are not HighLevel. We don't work for HighLevel. We can't sign contracts for them. We don't provide HighLevel support, billing, or account access. The trial, the billing, and product support live on HighLevel's website.

These pages describe how agencies and solo operators commonly use HighLevel, based on public product information and tutorials. They are not personal advice, legal advice, or tax advice. They are not a guarantee that your business will get more leads, more revenue, or a quieter week. Results vary. Setup, texting rules, and your offer are on you.

Plan prices and feature lists (Starter, Unlimited, SaaS Pro) are HighLevel's, as we understood them as of August 2026. HighLevel can change prices, plans, and features at any time. Confirm current terms on HighLevel's site before you buy.

HighLevel's terms still apply

If you start a trial or paid account, your contract is with HighLevel, not with Growth Ready AI. HighLevel's terms and privacy policy govern that. We aren't responsible for HighLevel outages, declined cards, lost data, texts that don't send, or support wait times.

We don't email, text, or call you

This site is inbound only. We don't promise to contact you. Don't send us client data, passwords, or anything confidential. We don't provide customer support.

Names and content

“HighLevel” and “GoHighLevel” are trademarks of their owners. We use those names only to identify the product we promote as an independent affiliate. The writing on this site is ours. Don't copy the whole site, scrape it to build a competing funnel, or imply that we are HighLevel.

Don't misuse the site

Don't hammer the host, inject junk, or pretend to be us or HighLevel. The workflows are for your own HighLevel account. If you use them to spam people, break texting law, or make false claims, that's on you. We don't authorize that.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise the site is error-free or that following a guide will produce a result.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Growth Ready AI and its operator are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, substitute software costs, or other indirect damages from your use of this site or from a HighLevel trial. Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed $100. Some places don't allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

If your use causes a claim against us

If your use of this site or of a HighLevel account causes a claim against us (including a claim that you spammed someone using a sequence you read here), you will defend and hold us harmless, including reasonable legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, not counting conflict-of-law rules. If a court has to hear a dispute, it should be in Illinois, unless the law requires otherwise.
